When using our service, a member of the sports-organizing entity you're connected with may log information about your athletic ability as a "rating," for purposes including, but not limited to, facilitating the creation of even teams. Such athletic data may also include responses to “custom registration questions” asked by event organizers, such as involvement in certain groups or clothing sizes.
We will also store your:
- Purchase history
- Preferred sport position preference
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

- With sports-organizing entities: We may share Your personal information with organizations who are organizing sporting events for purposes including, but not limited to, organizing groups of individuals into teams and gaining insights into attendance of various offerings.
- With other TeamArrange users: Purposes may include but are not limited to:
- Showing your personal information on a roster to help others organize into teams.
- Showing your personal information on a roster or in another context to inform others of activity on TeamArrange.
- Showing your personal information in a TeamArrange player directory. You have the ability to opt out of being listed in a player directory in the membership settings.
- With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, or to contact You.
- For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
- With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include Our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with Us.
- With business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions.
- With other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside. After deleting your TeamArrange account, our payment processor will still maintain some information related to your payment history while using TeamArrange, related to financial record keeping. Further, we may retain some personal information, including name, email address, and date of electronic signatures, after the deletion of your account.
You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information that we have collected from you and retained. Once we receive and verify your request, we will correct (and direct our service providers to correct) the inaccuracies in our records.
You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of any sensitive personal information that we have collected from you and retained. Once we receive and verify your request, we will limit the use and disclosure (and direct our service providers to limit the use and disclosure) of your sensitive personal information, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your limiting request if the use or disclosure is necessary for us or our service providers to provide a service or deliver a product that you have specifically requested.
Please include contact information – name, mailing address, email address, phone number, so that we may acknowledge receipt, verify their request, and provide confirmation.
Only you or a person that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. However, you may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.
You may make a verifiable consumer request up to two times within a 12-month period, without charge. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
We try to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension time period (up to 90 days). Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding receipt. The response we provide will also explain any reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
