TeamArrange FAQ

Session Sign Ups

If you're no longer able to attend a session you signed up for, it's important to let your organizers know so that they can allow someone else to take your spot, and if necessary rebalance teams. Please try to do this as early as possible, as late removals can make things very challenging logistically for your organizers.

You can do one of the following:

  • If your organizer has enabled the "self-removal" feature, you can remove yourself from the session.
    • In your player agenda, tap the "session details" button for the session.
    • Tap the "caret" menu
    • Select "remove me" and follow the instructions
  • Otherwise, you need to email your organizer to let them know that you won't be able to make it.
    • In your player agenda, tap the "session details" button for the session.
    • Tap the "caret" menu
    • Select "contact organizer"

This is up to your organizers. For the "self-removal" option above, your organizers specify if you are eligible for a refund when you self-remove from a session. If you have other questions, contact your organizers for assistance.

The "Early Access" feature allows an organizer to designate specific accounts with the ability to sign up for a session 30 minutes before general availability, in cases where a signup unlock time has been set. Not all organizers use this feature.

If an organizer does use this feature, it's up to them to define the criteria for providing access, and to provision accounts.

Yes. Once a player signs up for a session, that player can see the list of other attendees and based on timing, may be able to infer other players who signed up with early access. Organizers and court managers can also see this data.

If you have relevant privacy concerns and would prefer others not be aware of your early signup access, you can wait until the general signup time to make your purchase. As well, you can request that your organizer deprovision your account for this feature.

TeamArrange Player Ratings

Some organizers on TeamArrange may assign you a numeric rating. This rating is visible to admins and court managers and helps them to create balanced teams for certain sessions.

No. Each group has the ability to set its own rating for players. Those ratings don't apply to any other groups.

Your organizer is responsible for managing your rating and can adjust it. Each organizer has its own process for managing this process. Reach out to them for more info.

Season Memberships

Some organizers may offer a membership that offers:

  • Access to exclusive sessions
  • Discount pricing for sessions

This is referred to as a season membership. Typically, a season membership is good for a particular duration of time.

There are two ways to buy a season membership:

  • At the time when you sign an organizer's agreement documents, you'll be prompted to purchase a season membership if you like.
  • At any other time, you can still buy a season membership by doing the following:
    • Go to the sport groups section of your TeamArrange account.
    • Find the group for which you'd like to purchase a season membership
    • Press the button labeled "Purchase a Season Membership"
    • Select a membership option and pay

General

Yes. You don't need to create a separate TeamArrange account for each organization you want to join. Instead, to join another organization do the following:
  • Go to your profile by tapping your initials in the upper right corner. On a mobile device, this option may be hidden within the navigation menu.
  • Tap on the "player groups" section.
  • Scroll to the bottom and enter the join code of the organization you'd like to join.
