Session Sign Ups
If you're no longer able to attend a session you signed up for, it's important to let your organizers know so that they can allow someone else to take your spot, and if necessary rebalance teams. Please try to do this as early as possible, as late removals can make things very challenging logistically for your organizers.
You can do one of the following:

If your organizer has enabled the "self-removal" feature, you can remove yourself from the session.
- In your player agenda, tap the "session details" button for the session.
- Tap the "caret" menu
- Select "remove me" and follow the instructions

Otherwise, you need to email your organizer to let them know that you won't be able to make it.
- In your player agenda, tap the "session details" button for the session.
- Tap the "caret" menu
- Select "contact organizer"
This is up to your organizers. For the "self-removal" option above, your organizers specify if you are eligible for a refund when you self-remove from a session. If you have other questions, contact your organizers for assistance.
General
- Go to your profile by tapping your initials in the upper right corner. On a mobile device, this option may be hidden within the navigation menu.
- Tap on the "player groups" section.
- Scroll to the bottom and enter the join code of the organization you'd like to join.
